Request for Qualifications (RFQ) - L&N Railway Trail and Trailhead

The City of Mascoutah is requesting Letters of Interest and Statement of Qualifications from engineering firms to provide Phase 1, Phase 2, and Phase 3 engineering services for a federally funded shared use path project.  The project consists of a 10 foot wide shared use path approximately 1.03 mile long which will extend west from a proposed trailhead and parking lot located at the northwest corner of the intersection of IL Route 4 and L&N Avenue to Brickyard Road.  The majority of the path will be located within the former L&N Railway corridor.  If your firm would like to be considered for consulting services, you may express your interest by submitting a Letter of Interest and Statement of Qualifications to City Hall, 3 West Main Street, Mascoutah, IL 62258, attention Tom Quirk, City Engineer.  Deadline for submittal is 4:00 pm, February 9, 2022.
