Recruitment

The Mascoutah Fire Department is always accepting applications for new members. Applicants must meet the minimum requirements listed below. Applications are reviewed frequently and applicants are invited to join as openings are available.

Minimum Requirements:
  1. Live or work within the City of Mascoutah or Mascoutah Rural Fire Protection District.
  2. Be at least 21 years of age.
  3. Be able to pass a basic background check.

Applications can be submitted at the Mascoutah Fire Station during our weekly meeting on Tuesdays at 7pm. Applications can be picked up at the station or downloaded here.
