Current Adopted Building Codes – The Building Codes adopted by the City of Mascoutah are included in Chapter 6 - Building Code, of the City’s municipal code.  The City currently follows the codes listed below:

Sign Regulations – The Sign Regulations adopted by the City of Mascoutah are included in Chapter 34 – Unified Land Development Code, Article X, Sign Regulations, of the City’s municipal code. 

Unified Land Development Code – The City of Mascoutah’s zoning, subdivision and development requirements are included in Chapter 34. 

Zoning Code – The City of Mascoutah currently has sixteen zoning districts which are identified and described in Chapter 34, Article V, District Regulations, of the City’s municipal code. View Zoning Map.
