Non-Highway Vehicle Renewal Permits

The City of Mascoutah will begin renewals of non-highway vehicle permits that expire on April 30, 2026. This applies to all permits issued prior during 2025 and prior to today's date.

Applicants may contact Lt. Matt Steinkamp at msteinkamp@mascoutah.com or (618) 566-2976 x125 to schedule an appointment for their new non-highway vehicle inspections and/or registrations for the upcoming 2026-2027 year.  Renewal permits can be obtained by coming to the Police Department lobby or by contacting Julia Hawkins at (618) 566-2976 or by email at jhawkins@mascoutah.com.
