Invitation for Bids – Poplar Street Roadway Reconstruction
The City of Mascoutah is seeking competitive bid Proposals from qualified Contractor Engineer Teams for the Design-Build Reconstruction of Poplar Street from 6th Street to IL Rte. 4 (Jefferson Street). Sealed bids are due and will be opened by the City Clerk at 10:00 AM (Local Time) on August 22, 2017 at City Hall, 3 West Main St., Mascoutah, IL 62258. Low Bid Design-Build Request for Proposal Packets may be viewed at S.I.B.A., 1468 Green Mount Road, O’Fallon, IL 62269, or at www.mascoutah.org, and may be obtained at no cost from the City Clerk’s office at City Hall.
