Invitation to Bid - Park Substation Replacement Equipment Purchase

The City of Mascoutah, St. Clair County, Illinois will receive sealed bids for Park Street Substation Replacement Equipment Purchase until 2:00 p.m. local time on the 12th of January 2021 at Mascoutah City Hall, 3 W. Main Street, Mascoutah, Illinois 62258. Due to COVID-19 restrictions, this will be a virtual bid opening.
 
The plans and specifications are on file with the said City of Mascoutah for viewing purposes only.  Copies of the bid documents may be acquired from BHMG Engineers, Inc., 630 Jeffco Blvd., Arnold, Missouri, 63010, Consulting Engineers for said City. Please email Laura Stackle, Lstackle@bhmg.com with request.
 
Bids shall be received for the purchase of pad mounted distribution transformer and pad mounted recloser.
 
A certified check or bank draft on a responsible, solvent bank, or a satisfactory bid bond executed by the bidder and an acceptable surety company, payable to the City of Mascoutah, Illinois, Jerry Daugherty, Mayor, or Government Bonds or cash in the amount of not less than five percent (5%) of bid, shall be submitted with each bid.
