City Hall Temporarily Closed to the Public effective Wednesday, February 3, 2021 Until Tuesday, February 16, 2021

The City of Mascoutah, due to an exposure and for the safety of our employees and public, will close its buildings to the public effective Wednesday, February 3, 2021.  City offices will reopen to visitors beginning Tuesday, February 16, 2021 at 9 a.m.
 
Many of our services are available online at www.mascoutah.org or you can contact us by phone (Monday – Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.) at (618) 566-2964.
 
Utility payments can be made by calling (877) 885-7968, online at www.mascoutah.org or placed in the drop box located on the west side of City Hall.
 
Permits can be paid over the phone at (618) 566-2964 ext. 502, mailed to City Hall, or placed in the drop box located on the west side of City Hall.
 
Park Reservations and Yard Waste cards can be paid over the phone at (618) 566-2964 ext. 121, mailed to City Hall, or placed in the drop box located on the west side of City Hall.
 
Access to the Mascoutah Police Department will still be open for walk-in reports and public safety concerns.  In the event of an emergency, please continue to dial 911, for non-emergency dispatch call (618) 825-2051.
