2021 Bi-Annual Cross Connection Control Survey Due

The City of Mascoutah is conducting a survey of our customers' use of water as required by the Illinois Environmental Protection Agency. This program is designed to safeguard public health by protecting the municipal drinking water supply.

The electronic survey available below will replace the need to mail your paper copy to us. If you have more than one property please complete this electronic survey for each property address. Please complete and return the survey by July 9, 2021. Paper copies of the survey will be mailed to customers that do not submit electronically by July 9th.
