Disc Golf

One of the great amenities in Scheve Park is a Disc Golf Course.  

Disc Golf (often referred to as frisbee golf) is a flying disc game, as well as a precision and accuracy sport, in which individual players throw a flying disc at a target.  According to the Professional Disc Golf Association, "the object of the game is to traverse a course from beginning to end in the fewest number of throws of the disc.

Hole 1 of the Disc Golf Course starts near the entrance to the Train Depot on Park Drive.  There are score cards and maps of the course provided as a courtesy by the City in a mailbox near Hole 1.  Click below to view a map of the course.
