Request for Qualifications (RFQ)

The City of Mascoutah, lllinois, is accepting Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) for the construction of a zero-depth entry splash pad as approved by applicable local, State and Federal agencies and including all permits for construction, operation, etc. SOQ must be submitted to the Office of the City Clerk, City of Mascoutah, 3 West Main Street, Mascoutah, Illinois 62258 no later than 4:00 p.m. Central Time, Thursday, November 18, 2021.
