PSN will be performing maintenance on its website. During the maintenance window, the customer payment portal will have limited functionality.
Maintenance changes affect online, IVR, call center, mobile app and all PSN payment services.
WHAT SERVICES WILL BE AFFECTED
Customers will be able to:
• Make payments
• View their bills and/or balances
Customers will NOT be able to
• Change their profile settings (password, address, name, etc.)
• Set up, change or delete Auto-Pays
• Add, change or delete saved payment methods
• Save payment methods
