Bring the kids to march in the Leu Civic Center's Annual Halloween Parade.
1:15 - 1:45 p.m. - at the Moose Lodge for Costume contest judging
Halloween Parade starts at 2:00 p.m. SHARP
The parade will begin at the Moose Lodge (111 North 2nd Street), travel down Church Street and end at the Leu Civic Center, Inc. (213 North Market).
All contest prizes will be awarded at the Leu Civic Center.
