Sealed Bids from qualified CONTRACTORS to furnish all material, equipment and labor to construct hot mix asphalt walking trails in the City Park will be received by the City Clerk until 10:30 a.m., local time, March 14, 2017 at City Hall, 3 West Main St., Mascoutah, IL, at which time bids will be opened and publicly read aloud. Bid Proposal Packets for SCHEVE PARK WALKING TRAIL PAVING are available at no cost at the City Clerk’s office at City Hall, 3 West Main St., Mascoutah, IL 62258.
